1. I used #5 bulky yarn for this project - Charisma in Ashes from Michael’s.
2. I made the hat to fit comfortably on my 21” head circumference - not slouchy but not too beanie-type either, but a nice, comfortable, relaxing fit. If you do not want your hat to be more relaxed, then please do check size as you go; I really love how comfortable it feels on my head.
3. I gave a flare to the bottom portion of the neckwarmer. I think it really made it more stylish and fashionable.
