This shawl design from Bronagh Miskelly has an asymmetric shape; the project begins by working a narrow section of two-colour stripes, increasing gradually before changing to an elegant twig lace pattern in a single colour, which finishes with a scalloped edge.

Bronagh has used Exquisite 4ply, a lustrous blend of wool and mulberry silk from West Yorkshire Spinners which comes in 16 sophisticated shades.
