Arwen's Shield
Cables, Lace, Ruffles and Beads Doesn’t get any better than this ♥
Arwen’s Shield combines many interesting and challenging components that I hope provides interest, a challenge and you will love every cable, twisted stitch and bead.
This design is the fourth of four patterns in Shawls of Many Shapes, Book Two. Please message me if you have purchased any of the four individually and I will provide you with a discount coupon.
Starting with a ruffled edge and provisional cast on, after the ruffle is finished you will cast off and pick up the necessary number of stitches to start the 48 row sitch pattern repeat. Instructions include directions for knitting three sizes as well as a percentage guide to make the most of your lovely yarn.
Beads, as always, add that extra seasoning and flair!
Since this design has patterning on both the RS and WS and some unique cables, I would classify her as Medium Advanced Difficulty.
Gauge is important to achieve the correct yardage requirements.
