I made a video tutorial to show you how to attach a sleeve using crochet hook.
This method which involves slip stitches using crochet hook allows you to attach the sleeve neatly and uniformly. Compared to grafting, it is relatively quicker and easy to make corrections as you can unravel the slip stitches easily.
Here is the yardage info. These are EXACT yarn lengths so please make sure to add some extra as you would probably need more depending on your tension:

To fit: 32.0 34.0 36.0 38.0 40.0 42.0 44.0 46.0 in
