Argyle Scarf
by Harry Wells
This scarf is knitted flat, folded, and seamed along the back, making for a tubular scarf that is thus reversible (and doubled in thickness for warmth).
The first two image show only a section of the scarf knitted; you can knit it to whatever length you want. The other images show a fringed edge and a crocheted edge.
If you want to use worsted weight yarn, use US size 8 needles, with a gauge of 4.5 sts and 6.25 rows per inch.
Meeting DK weight gauge listed, the scarf measures approx. 9.5 inches wide. Using worsted weight gauge, the scarf measures approx. 11 inches wide.
