ABOUT
The Arbor Grove Wrap is a simple triangle wrap that uses double crochets and puff stitches to create this light and airy texture. Add a soft halo to your stitches by holding a DK weight yarn double with one strand of mohair!
MATERIALS
Yarn: DK + lace weight held together (equivalent to a worsted weight yarn)
DK–WeCrochet Alpaca Cloud DK in 2 colorways: Collette for Main Color (MC) and Alfred for Accent Color (AC)

- 123 yds (112 m) per 1.77 oz (50 g) ball

Lace–WeCrochet Aloft in White
- 72% Kid Mohair, 28% Silk
- 260 yds (238 m) per 0.88 oz (25 g) ball

Total Yardage Required:
MC: 3 balls of Main Color or 330 yds (302 m)
AC: 2 balls of Accent Color or 185 yds (170 m)
Mohair: 2 balls of Aloft or 510 yds (467 m)
Hook: Size U.S. 7 (4.5 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge
Notions: Tapestry needle, 1 locking stitch marker
MEASUREMENTS
Finished wrap should measure approximately 20” (51 cm) in depth with a 60” (152 cm) wingspan (measured across the longest edge).

Special Stitch:
puff: work the following instructions into the same stitch - yarn over, insert hook into stitch, pull up a loop 5 times (11 loops on hook), yarn over and pull through all loops on hook. (Tip: Make sure to pull your loops high enough so that your final yarn over and pull through is able to make it through all those stitches.)

Right Side: The “right side” to this wrap is the side that faces away from you as you crochet the puff stitch rows. The puffs appear flat on the wrong side and more shapely on the right side.
Turning Chain: The turning chain does not count as a stitch unless otherwise indicated.
Changing Colors Seamlessly: When working the last stitch of an old color, work the stitch as usual, but use the new color to do your final yarn over and pull through to close the stitch. Then, you may cut the old color and continue stitching with the new color.
