According to the sizing chart in the booklet, size 12 is for a 34” bust, size 14 for a 36” bust, size 16 for a 38” bust, size 18 for a 40” bust and size 20 for a 42” bust. All the bust sizes in the chart include 2” of positive ease, so go down a size if you want no ease.
