Aquila is a wonderful A-line cardigan knit in two colors of Valley Yarns Whately, a delightful blend of baby alpaca and organic Pima cotton. Aquila’s single button closure and v-neckline combine with subtle color blocking and pockets to create a piece that’s perfect for throwing on over any outfit for a little extra coverage and warmth. This sweater is knit flat from the bottom up to the underarms where the back and fronts are completed separately before joining at the shoulder with a three-needle bind-off. Sleeve stitches are picked up around the armhole and worked in the round down to the wrist.
