“The delicate tulips and cap sleeves make this linen top special,” says Van Stralen. “The top is knit with bust darts to allow for a better fit. The right side of this sweater is reverse stockinette stitch. For ease in knitting, the main body is worked with the wrong side facing, then turned right side out after seaming the shoulders.” Short rows are used for shaping the bust darts, sleeve caps, and shoulders, and are amply illustrated with 8 clear pictures to show the procedure on the knit and purl sides. A stunning design with great, thoughtful detail.
