The Aomori socks are inspired by the film The Makanai: Cooking for the Maiko House and traditional Japanese design. Socks are worked in the round, from the cuff to the toe. The pattern features a classic ribbed cuff, fun and cute bobbles, and a comfortable and well-fitting foot. In addition, the pattern offers two different toe options for you to choose from a tabi toe for a unique and playful look or a classic toe for a more traditional finish. The pattern includes a written description of the pattern and charts.
You can use your favorite method for small-circumference knitting: DPNs, magic loops, or small-circumference circular needles. The pattern describes the knitting on small circumference circular needles.
