Antidote Mittens
Antidote Mittens are knitted with five cheerful shades of Shetland wool. The pattern includes instructions for three different options: traditional mittens, fingerless mitts and fingerless mitts with a flap. The last option gives you a chance to learn a braided two-colour cast on.
Size
One size, to fit a medium size adult hand with approx 20.5-21.5cm (8-8.5in) palm circumference
Actual palm circumference: 21cm (8.25 in)
Length of traditional mittens from top of cuff to fingertips: 21cm (8.25 in)

Jamieson & Smith 2 Ply Jumper Weight (4 ply weight/ fingering; 100% wool; 115m/125yds per 25g ball)
1 x 25g ball of each:
A Shade 43 (cherry)
B Shade 203 (light grey)
C Shade 133 (heather)
D Shade FC11 (lime)
E Shade FC12 (moss green)
Needles and accessories
1 set 3mm (UK11/US2-3) double-pointed needles (DPNs), or your preferred needles for working small diameters in the round, or size required to achieve desired tension
Stitch holders or waste yarn

Locking stitch markers
Tension
34 sts and 37 rows to 10cm over chart pattern using
3mm needles, after blocking.
36 sts and 36 rows to 10cm over 2x2 rib using
3mm needles, after blocking.
Please, check your tension carefully and adjust needle
size accordingly.
