This epic project is a huge commitment, but just look at how glorious it is! Keep warm in style as you head to the office or out to dinner with your special someone. Definitely an expert-level knit with beautifully intricate cables, this coat will impress your knitting circle to no end. The collar is worked first, then the body is picked up from the collar and worked top-down. The sleeves are worked separately and then set in. Finally, the belt is knit with gorgeous cabled details.

Sizes: XS (S, M, L, XL, 2XL).

Finished shoulder width: 15.25 (15.25, 17.25, 19.5, 19.5, 19.5)”/ 38.5 (38.5, 44, 49.5, 49.5, 49.5)cm.
Note: shoulder width measurement is much more important than bust circumference in this garment. See below for additional schematic measurements.

Needles: US 6/ 4mm and US 7/ 4.5mm 40”/100cm circulars & DPNs; US 8/5mm 24”/60cm circulars; or sizes to obtain gauge (see below).

Gauge:
21 sts and 27 rows = 4”/10cm in Collar pattern on largest needles;
23 sts and 28 rows = 4”/10cm in Collar pattern on medium needles;
Central motif = 10.75”/27.5cm wide.

Yarn: worsted weight: 3300 (3600, 4200, 4900, 4300, 5600) yds/3000 (3300, 3900, 4400, 4800, 5100) meters.

Notions: 2 cable needles, 4 removable stitch markers, stitch markers, stitch holders.
