In our world, the mystical and magical in its purist form is often represented by fairies and angels. For some they provide solace and guidance. For others, they open up a realm of play and imagination that they may not have inhabited since childhood.

Creating Fairies and Angels can be very transforming in itself. You create a little being. These little beings often carry a blessing or the qualities of a certain element of nature. Creating Fairies and Angels can be therapeutic, liberating, or just fun. Release your sense of play, and see who comes to be. Develop fairies to represent flowers, develop little friends to offer to someone who is ill or sad. Include both the blessings of your intentions and literal blessings, buy writing a special verse or prayer on bits of cloth, and put this inside the fairy and let these blessings emanate. Use your fairies as and exercise in exploring fetishes in the Native American Tradition, or just make them as little toys to play with and give to special friends.
