Angel Ornament
This angel is worked in the round with double pointed needles. Beads are strung on the yarn before the stitches are cast on and then worked into the pattern as you go. Yarn overs make a lacy design on the wings and skirt.
You’ll need 50 yards of fingering (sock) weight yarn. This can be one color or several different colors. The other items needed are 46 beads (either E, 4 mm, or 6mm) in the color of your choice, one 12mm decorative bead, button or flower, an embroidery needle with an eye small enough to go through the beads, thread for a hanger, fiberfill, size 4 (3.5mm) double pointed needles, and a stitch marker.
