Ammophila Cowl
This cowl is inspired by dune grasses dappling the tops of rolling sand dunes. Named Ammophila from the scientific name for dune grass, the cowl will keep you warm as a summer day on the beach. The brioche cables form the shifting sand dunes, allowing the grasses to grow from the top in your new dominant color. The Ammophila Cowl is a great way to practice your basic brioche and expand your toolkit with an introduction to brioche cables that requires only two new stitches. Video tutorials are linked to help you with your basic brioche skills, as well as to learn the new cable techniques.
