This listing is for the crochet pattern for the Amigurumi Dragon.

The finished Dragon is 129cm long and 19cm wide and is made using a 2.5mm crochet hook and double knit (DK) yarn. He is a great scrap project as he doesn’t use more than 30g-50g of yarn in any one colour and only uses a small amount of stuffing.He also uses 5mm saftey eyes.

The Dragon is worked in pieces that are either single crocheted together or sewn together and uses join as you go . His helmet, sword and shield are all added separately at techniques for the claws. You could also make a larger Dragon if you wanted to by increasing the hook size and the thickness of yarn, although the amount of yarn required may increase.

He is a fairly quick project to work up and you could easily make him in a day if you work fairly quickly. The Dragon will make the perfect gift for any Dragon loving person in your life. He is great to join in with role play using the Princess and Knight dolls and the Princess Castle too.
