Amethyst is a cable and lace triangular shawl knitted from the top down. The sample was knitted in worsted weight yarn and the pattern is written for 3 other yarn weights also. Moreover, as the “Lacy Gems” pattern on the body of the shawl can be worked with any number of repeats, you can knit your Amethyst in a different size than the ones given.
