Materials:

1) Simplicity by Hikoo (Sport weight yarn) in color white (MC), red (CC 1), and dark blue (CC2) or any brand of yarn in sport weight.
2) A set of size 2 or 3 double-pointed needles (DPNs)
3) A locking stitch marker
4) Polyester or wool stuffing
5) Tapestry needle to weave in ends ornament
6) Crochet hook (optional) to make a chain

Skills required:

Working with DPNs; pattern decreases and increases; a basic experience with colorwork knitting.
