The America the Beautiful Lap Rug is a fantastic warm knit sampler. It is made from individual squares that are knit separately and then assembled. Using a double strand of Classic Alpaca, the approximately 51” x 47” throw will knit quickly while giving you an opportunity to learn some great stitch patterns. 22 skeins of Classic Alpaca are required to finish this throw.
