Alpaca Eyelet Tunic
by Ann Weaver
Discontinued.
This digital pattern is no longer available online.
This pattern is currently only available as part of a kit through Our Back 40. You can read more about the pattern and the company here. The pdf will be available as an individual download in April 2014.
This tunic features eyelet lace side panels and a flattering neckline with a front seam that both draws the eye and provides structure for the sensual drape. Note how the tunic is knit with the stitches running perpendicular to the length of the body – this is a subtle-seeming difference that adds great interest.
The tunic is meant to fit with between 2 and 5 inches of positive ease. It’s knit in one piece from side to side, so the only finishing required is seaming the shoulders and the underarms.
