Almond Hat
A comfy, cosy hat with a stunning, yet easy to knit stitch pattern.
The sizes are Women’s S, M, L
For finished hat circumference 40.5, 44.5, 49.5cm / 16, 17½, 19½”
To fit heads with circumference of around 48.5, 53.5, 58.5cm / 19, 21, 23”
If in doubt, knit larger size. The stitch pattern stretches loads, but if it’s stretched too much, that might make the hat too short.
For worsted or aran weight yarn. The yardage given is rounded up to a full Alpaca Lana D’Oro skein.
There are three options for the brim: the turned over ribbed one, the ribbed one that’s not turned over, and the one that starts straight away with the Almond Pattern, and has a slightly wavy edge.
Check out the matching Almond Mittens and Almond Cowl by the same designer!
With lots of thanks to my wonderful test knitters!
