It’s a special cardigan: you’re going to start to knit the two parts that make the yoke in the main color, the armholes and the body. At this point you pick up the sts along the border on each back part with the contrasting color, and you will join them with a three needle bind off. Then you’ll work on the front panels, one is simple with stockinette stitch, the other one in garter stitch and short rows. At the end you will work the neckline and waistline borders.

E’ un cardigan particolare, dove si lavorano prima le due parti relative alle spalle e ai giromanica, oltre alla sezione del corpo. A questo punto si riprendono in senso verticale le maglie sulla schiena, sui due pannelli per creare la striscia sulla schiena. I due pannelli vengono uniti con la chiusura dei tre ferri. Poi si lavora sui pannelli frontali, uno semplice a maglia rasta mentre l’altro a legaccio e con i ferri accorciati e il gioco dei colori. In un secondo momento si lavorano i bordi superiori e inferiori a contrasto.
