This sweater was designed as a classic garment, perfect to wear on the coldest days of the year. Its cables, motifs, tension and type of yarn achieve a thick fabric that protects from the cold while creates a sweater that can be combined with all types of garments; jeans, pants, skirts, jackets, etc. I hope I have been able to capture in my needles the classic and timeless style that I thought of when I designed it, and that you can enjoy it this way.

DETAILS:

Sizes: 1, 2, 3 (4, 5, 6) 7, 8, 9 {10, 11, 12} equivalent to 100, 106, 111 (116, 120, 125) 130, 135, 140 {154, 168, 183} cm of chest circumference (finished measurements) with 20 - 25 cm of positive ease. (sample shown in size 2, in a body with 84 cm of chest circumference and 22 cm of positive ease).

Gauge: 1 repetition of Chart 4 (central motif) equivalent to 30 sts and 32 rnds = 12 cm high and 11 cm wide, measured after blocking.

Yarn: Approx a total of 1260, 1320, 1420, (1490, 1540, 1620) 1740, 1860, 2060 {2280, 2500, 2760} meters of DK weight yarn and Lace weight yarn, held together. It can be only DK weight yarn.

6 skeins of 100% superwash merino wool in DK weight, colorway: Clementina. 220 mt per 100g
3 skeins of Silk Mohair; 75% Kid mohair, 25% Mulberry silk, lace weight, colorway: Raw. 475 mt per 50 g

Needles: 3.75 mm circular needles for body and sleeves.
3.5 mm circular needles for collar and cuffs.
Or needle’s size to get gauge.
For all needle sizes consider needles suitable for working small circumferences in the round.

Notions: Stitch markers for motifs, 1 special stitch marker for BOR, 3 lock markers to locate the sleeves motif, cable needle, tapestry needle, stitch holders or scrap yarn, mats and pins for blocking.

Este sweater fue pensado como una prenda clásica perfecta para usar en los días más fríos del año, sus cables, motivos, tensión y tipo de hilado logran una tela gruesa que protege del frío a la vez que crean un sweater combinable con todo tipo de prendas: jeans, pantalones, faldas, chaquetas, etc. Espero haber podido captar en mis agujas el estilo clásico y atemporal en el que pensé cuando lo diseñé, y que ustedes puedan disfrutarlo de esta manera.

Tallas: 1, 2, 3 (4, 5, 6) 7, 8, 9 {10, 11, 12} equivalente a 100, 106, 111 (116, 120, 125) 130, 135, 140 {154, 168, 183} cm de circunferencia de pecho (medidas finales) con 20 - 25 cm de holgura positiva. (original mostrado en talla 2, en un cuerpo con 84 cm de circunferencia de pecho y 22 cm de holgura positiva).

Muestra: 1 repetición del gráfico 4 (motivo central) equivalente a 30 p y 32 vtas = 12 cm de alto y 11 cm de ancho, medido luego de ser bloqueado.

Hilado: Aprox un total de 1260, 1320, 1420, (1490, 1540, 1620) 1740, 1860, 2060 {2280, 2500, 2760} metros de hilado grosor DK e hilado grosos lace, sostenidos juntos. Puede ser solo hilado grosor DK.

O el tamaño de agujas necesario para obtener la muestra.
Para todos los tamaños de aguja considera agujas que sirvan para tejer circunferencias pequeñas en redondo.

Otros materiales: marcadores de punto para los motivos, 1 marcador especial para el CV, 3 marcadores de candado para ubicar el motivo de las mangas, aguja auxiliar para cables, aguja de lana, sostenedores de punto o hilado de desecho, mats y pines de bloqueo.
