This pattern is suitable for confident beginners- All the doll, clothes and accessory pieces are knitted flat and use basic shaping.

Aimee dolls head, body, legs and feet are knitted in one piece from the top down. The arms are knitted separately and sewn on. This means that there is minimal seaming required.

If you prefer to knit in the round using DPNs or Magic loop method, this pattern adapts very easily, simply join to work in the round and place your round marker at the row end position.

Size-14cm /5.5” tall

Check the recommended needle size for your yarn and use a needle 1 size smaller.
This will give a close textured stocking stitch which will hold its shape well when stuffed
