Acton is a garter stitch cardigan with a single crochet edge and tie in a contrasting color. It is knit flat from side to side for the sleeves and shoulders, seamed under the sleeves and then stitches are picked up for the body and knit down. It’s a great pattern for beginners because there isn’t a single purl stitch in the whole sweater!
