> Inspired by the sea that surrounds my grandparents native Acadia, this hat uses a graceful “Seaweed stitch” in the body that is knit/purl stitches only, with an embellishment that could remind one of a sea creature or coral. The hat is knit from the bottom up in the round, the brim is a simple twisted K1P1 rib, and the embellishment uses the “Loop” stitch. Instructions are written, in three sizes, with a photo tutorial for the embellishment.
