Abram
One of 6 patterns included in the Handsome: Man Sweaters for Every Body ebook.
Abram is a perfect first sweater for a beginning knitter. A modified drop-shoulder pullover worn with positive ease, it’s also a classic masculine silhouette that suits lots of different bodies. Visually, this type of construction tends to widen shoulders and make upper arms look larger.
Abram is written for 11 sizes, ranging from 33” to 63” finished chest circumference, and includes options for narrow/average or broad shoulders. Like all 6 designs in the Handsome ebook, Abram comes with free calculators to help customize your sweater’s fit, including sleeve length, body length, body shaping (A-line, V-line, or X-line), and short-row belly shaping.
