KNITTED in lacy stitch, this perfectly fitting gown is shaped into a waist band of ribbing, and features a yoke and upper sleeve trimming in smocking stitch. Georgette is used for the lining and is given a form fitting effect by groups of tucks - at the waistline across the back and on either side in front.
MATERIALS: 20¾oz. laps, Silversheen, or eight 2oz. balls; one pair No. 5 and one pair No. 10 knitting needles; nine button moulds; patent fasteners; 4½ yards georgette for lining; No. 14 Stratnoid crochet hook.
MEASUREMENTS: 34-36in. bust.
