A Few of My Favorite Things
This is a study of two patterns significantly different in texture. I was excited at the whimsical rhythm of waves and bubble’s, demonstrated by the use of simple knit/purl patterning accented by brioche knitting.

Technical skills: must have firm knowledge of brioche terminology and knitting brioche including the 4 stitch increase and decrease stitches.
New shortened version of brioche terminology is explained in detail making the brioche knitter easier to read and knit.
The scarf was knitted using a worsted weight yarn but would be just as beautiful in dk or fingering weight yarns. The width would be smaller - but the length can be adjusted as you wish.
