Note: this pattern is written for knitting machines and for hand-knitting. Machine knitters should use the punchcard, and hand knitters should use the stitch chart.

Materials:

• standard-gauge knitting machine (4.5mm pitch) with punchcard capabilities

• Japanese size 4 knitting needles (3.3mm)

• Japanese size 3/0 crochet hook (2.3mm)

• 4 buttons (15mm diameter)
