The pleats are reminiscent of a school skirt but the tassel belt, made with a knitting dolly, changes all that!
The skirt is knitted in stocking stitch, reverse stocking stitch and 1x1 rib on 3 mm and 3.5 mm needles or on a knitting machine. The belt loops are crocheted using a 3 mm crochet hook.
