The great triangular shawl is made using Trendsetter Nuance, an elongated cotton yarn along with a strand of Poet Mohair, an elongated mohair/silk. The shawl starts at the top with a garter rectangle and all stitches are picked up from there. There is an I-Cord edge that remains on the edge while the inside grows and changes with patterns such as Garter St., Eyelet Stitch, Slip St. and more. Watch the colors spread and change as the shawl gets longer. We stopped when we ran out of Poet Mohair but the design can be extended with the purchase of extra yarn and simply repeating some of the pattern stitches.
