14 stitches and 20 rows to 10cm (4“) over stocking stitch using 6mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

To fit chest:
(3-4 years: 56cm / 22”), (5-6 years: 61cm / 24”), (7-8 years: 66cm/ 26”), (9-11 years: 71cm/ 28”).
