The 5814 Excelsior Poncho evolved out of the 5814 Excelsior Cowl pattern designed as a shop exclusive for the 2013 Minnesota Yarn Shop Hop.

This pattern is for intermediate to advanced knitters.

It has just enough repetitive knitting to keep it fun and easy to pick up and enough intricacy to keep the knitting from monotony.

Classy with Cashmere is a wonderful yarn to knit. The color pictured was dyed exclusively for Linden Yarn and Textiles for the shop hop.
