A three-piece suit consisting of a jacket, a shell and a skirt. The jacket is lined. The shell has a zipper closure at the back of the neck. There is a crocheted loop trim that starts at the shoulders and is worked down the front in a V shape. The skirt has a side zipper closure and is hemmed.

Materials: Bear Brand of Fleisher’s Shetland and Wool (A), 2 oz. skein, 12 (14-16) skeins for suit. Botany Soufflé (B), 1 3/4 oz. ball, 3 (4-5) balls for blouse. Hero No. 5, No. 7 and No. 8 knitting needles. No. 0 steel crochet hook. 1 yd of Staflex (interfacing), 4 buttons, 7” skirt zipper, 7” back neck zipper, 1 yd 1 1/2” grosgrain ribbon and China Silk lining material.

Gauge: Shetland and Wool on No. 8 needles: 5 sts--1”; 7 rows--1”. Soufflé on No. 5 needles: 5 sts--1”; 7 rows--1”.
