This pattern provides instructions for two styles of pinafore, knitted in King Cole DK yarn.

Gauge:
22 stitches and 28 rows to 10cm (4“) over stocking stitch using 4mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

To fit chest:
(Size 1: 41cm / 16”), (Size 2: 46cm / 18”), (Size 3: 51cm / 20”), (Size 4: 56cm / 22”).

Pinafore with Heart Motif:
(Size 1: 1 balls yarn), (Size 2: 1 balls yarn), (Size 3: 1 balls yarn), (Size 4: 2 balls yarn). + 1 ball contrast colour.

Pinafore with Plain Motif:
(Size 1: 1 balls yarn), (Size 2: 1 balls yarn), (Size 3: 2 balls yarn), (Size 4: 2 balls yarn).
