This pattern provides instructions for four styles of baby blanket, knitted in King Cole DK yarn.

Gauge:
See tension at beginning of each pattern.

Stocking Stitch Blanket/ Square Blanket: 22 stitches and 28 rows to 10cm (4“) over stocking stitch using 4mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

Garter Stitch Blanket: 20 stitches and 40 rows to 10cm (4“) over garter stitch using 4mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

Diagonal Blanket: 21 stitches and 30 rows to 10cm (4“) over pattern using 4mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

Sizing Information:
Stocking Stitch/ Garter Stitch Blankets: 66x67cm, 26x30”.
Square Blanket: 74x74cm, 29.25x29.25”.
Diagonal Blanket: 64x76cm, 25.25x30”.
