495 Crochet pattern, Shell Stitch Hood
You can make this shell stitch hood for any size, and it’s a really easy pattern… much easier than it looks!
Add a tassel at the top of the hood, or leave it plain. Wrap the scarf section around the neck for a toasty warm hat, or hold the front closed with a hair stick, a shawl pin, or a simple hair barrette!
The shell stitch is very easy to do, and once you get the foundation row done, it’s so easy you could do it and watch tv at the same time!
You will need worsted weight yarn, and a size 6mm or 6.5mm or even a 5.5mm hook, it really doesn’t matter for this design. The smaller the hook, the more dense your stitches will be.
The pattern will be delivered to you by email, shortly after payment is received.
