This pattern provides instructions for two styles of children’s Ponchos, knitted in King Cole Chunky yarn.

14 stitches and 20 rows to 10cm (4”), over pattern on 6mm needles or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

To fit chest:
(Size 1: 61cm / 24”), (Size 2: 66cm/ 26”), (Size 3: 71cm/ 28”).

(Size 1: 3 balls yarn + 2 buttons), (Size 2: 3 balls yarn + 2 buttons), (Size 3: 5 balls yarn + 2 buttons).
