This pattern provides instructions for Ladies Waistcoats, knitted in King Cole Drifter Chunky yarn.

Gauge:
14 stitches and 28 rows to 10cm (4“) over pattern using 6mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension.
Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

(Size 1: 7 balls yarn), (Size 2: 7 balls yarn), (Size 3: 8 balls yarn), (Size 4: 9 balls yarn), (Size 5: 9 balls yarn).

Short Waistcoat - shade Barcelona:
(Size 1: 5 balls yarn), (Size 2: 6 balls yarn), (Size 3: 6 balls yarn), (Size 4: 7 balls yarn), (Size 5: 7 balls yarn).

What you will need:
1x 5 mm (UK 6 – USA 8) knitting needles.
1x 6 mm (UK 4 – USA 10) knitting needles.
And 1 button is required for each garment.
