22 stitches and 28 rows to 10cm (4”), over pattern using 4mm (US6) knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

To fit chest:
(6-9 months: 46cm / 18”), (9-18 months: 51cm / 20”), (2-3 years: 56cm / 22”), (3-4 years: 61cm / 24”), (4-5 years: 66cm/26”), (6-7 years: 71cm/28”).
