A classic V-neck perks up with contrasting sleeves and buttons. The button bands are worked along with the stockinette fronts in a skinny rib; slip the first stitch of every other row to ensure an even edge.

• 2 (3, 3, 3) hanks of Provence by Classic Elite Yarns, 3½oz/100g hanks, each approx 205yd/187m (mercerized Egyptian cotton) in #2630 peony pink (MC)
• 1 (1, 2, 2) hanks in #2681 bright chartreuse (CC)
• One pair each sizes 5 and 6 (3.75 and 4mm) knitting needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• Five ½“/12mm buttons to match CC

• Sized for child’s 6, 8, 10 and 12. Shown in size 6.

• Chest (buttoned) 28½ (30, 32½, 35)“/72.5 (76, 82.5, 89)cm

GAUGE
• 20 sts and 27 rows to 4”/10cm over St st using size 6 (4mm) needles.
