Materials: Encore Worsted: Our set used color 240 Taupe 1—100g ball for Hat 3—100g balls for Scarf
Gauge: 18 sts. 24 rows = 4” in st st on US Size 8 (5mm) knitting needle after blocking. 24 sts= 4” in Cable Pattern on US Size 8 (5mm) knitting needle slightly stretched.
Needles/Notions: Hat: US Size 6 (4mm) and 8 (5mm) 16” circular needles, US Size 8 (5mm) DPNs, 1 stitch marker, tapestry needle, cable needle. Scarf: US Size 8 (5mm) 24” circular needle, cable needle, 8 ½” piece of cardboard or a book for fringe.
