If using 50 gram balls, requirements are as follows:

Matinee Coat 1 (1-2-2) skeins
Dress 2(2-2-2) skeins
Bonnet, Bootees, Mittens 1(1-1-1) skeins
Shawl 7 skeins

Also requires:

Stitch holders, 2 buttons for matinee coat, 2 buttons for dress, ribbon for bonnet, bootees, mittens, satin rosebuds or embroidery thead for all garments (optional).
