Passap machine knitting instructions for a pleated skirt, part of a two piece set with a top. The skirt is knit in 5 identical panels, each knit in N/CX with alternating sets of single bed and double bed stitches to create pleats. These are sewn together and gathered with a tubular stocking stitch waistband (with elastic inserted) sewn to the top.

Materials
900 g “medium acrylic”(380m per 100g)

Test square
N/CX pleat stitch pattern: 100 sts = 32 cm, 100 rows = 19 cm

Knitting Machines
The stitch sizes given in this model book are for the DM80 and E6000 Passap knitting machines. To use this pattern on an earlier “Pinkie” use half a stitch size smaller.

By following the schematic, this pattern can be adapted for use in other standard gauge knitting machines.
