Cushion covers are worked using intarsia. Pattern is primarily charted.

Reminiscent of handwoven wool pillows, these cushion covers with button closures feature motifs in black, red and ecru. The cover on the left centers diamonds on wide black and ecru stripes; the mate presents red and black motifs within a larger, square cross. Both are worked in Rialto Aran, an extra-fine merino wool.
