Welcome any chilly temps with this modern, chunky knit! A bold leaf lace design is the centerpiece of the back, with narrower versions of the leaf design that mirror each other featured on the fronts.

Short rows are used to shape the shoulders, which are then seamed with a 3-needle bind off. Sleeves are picked up and knit down to the cuff. Straight sleeves gather at the cuff for a slightly puffed look. The cardigan is finished with neat ribbing around the round neckline and for the front button bands.

This is a relatively quick knit given the larger yarn and needle sizes. Big buttons complete the look.
