Luscious circle vest/shrug with a surprise entrelac back panel!

Knit from a provisional cast on to create the entrelac panel; then knit in the round to create an ample ribbing shawl collar.

There have been some questions about changing the needle size. The Base Triangles are worked on size 10 needles, the First Tier of Blocks is worked on size 9 needles, the Second Tier of Blocks is worked on size 7 needles. You then repeat the first and second tier, but do not change needle size, remain on size 7 until the Top Triangles when you change to size 10.
