• 8 (9, 10) 1¾oz/50g balls (each approx 114yd/104m) of Dale of Norway Svale (cotton/rayon/silk) in #90 black (A)
• 3 balls in #3081 brown (B)
• 2 balls each in #20 natural (C) and #9831 grey (D)
• One pair size 5 (3.75mm) needles or size to obtain gauge
• One size 9 (5.5mm) needle for open cast-on
• Bobbins
• Small amount of waste yarn

Notes:

• The back is worked in solid black (A) in St st. The front is worked in color block pat foll body chart.
• Work each segment of color with a separate ball or bobbin of yarn; do not strand yarn across back of work.
