Passap machine knitting instructions for a child’s striped polo neck sweater knit in every other needle rib:
..I..I..I..
I..I..I..I

The bodice is knit in one piece, starting at the bottom of the front. Short rows (BX and pushers) are used to shape the shoulders and then to knit the front and back of the neck piece before going on to the back shoulders and body.

The pattern calls for 480g “sport’s wool” (240m per 100g): 240g blue, approx. 120g each of white and red

Test square (in rib): 50 sts=12 cm, 50 rows =16 cm
